Each Seedhouse Coffee is roasted to maximize that particular coffee's potential. This could mean slightly lighter or darker, longer or shorter depending on what the beans are asking for. In practice our coffees will taste more-or-less medium roasted, but we strive to bend each roast to really highlight each coffee's nuances and the bring out the flavors that excited us enough to want to offer them to you.
Our labels celebrate each coffee's origin by taking design inspiration from traditional textile patterns from that region. We like to celebrate the connection coffee builds between the farmers who grew it and the people who drink it, and of course our small place in between.
