This group in Nayarit is constantly in the lab elevating their understanding of ideal growing practices and processing methods. Helping farmers improve the agricultural side of coffee has huge positive ripple effects all the way down a historically difficult supply chain.

Each Seedhouse Coffee is roasted using modern techniques to maximize its unique potential. This means adjustments slightly lighter or darker, longer or shorter, or other depending on what the beans have to offer.  In practice our coffees will taste more or less medium-roasted. We develop each coffee’s roast profile to complement and enhance the reasons we're excited to share it with you. 

Our colorful labels celebrate each coffee's origin by taking design inspiration from traditional regional textile patterns.  We like to celebrate the connection between the farmers who grew the coffee and the people who drink it.. and, of course, our small place in between.
