Eighty smallholder farmers in Cauca's volcanic highlands formed Asobombo eight years ago to restore their soil and rebuild their income. Working between 1,500 and 2,200 meters, they cultivate Caturra, Colombia, and Castillo varieties with a focus on quality and environmental recovery.

This fully washed lot was sun-dried on traditional patios and covered Marquesinas, preserving the clean sweetness and rich body Inza is known for. Every purchase supports soil restoration programs and direct reinvestment into these family farms.
