Peru Minca

This fruit-forward coffee comes from the  Central Highlands of the Chanchamayo in Peruvian Andes. The word Minca comes from the Quechua language referring to a camaraderie and care between farmers. A beautiful facet of this happens during the non- harvest times, where neighbors will travel from farm to farm helping one another to take care of what needs to be done, moving from farm to farm until everyone's needs are met. 

Our take on this Peruvian bean features a nice acitity, a creamy body, and a well balanced cup of coffee.
