Guatemala Joyabaj

FECCEG's Joyabaj wet mill has been bringing smallholder producers together since 2021, processing family-harvested cherries from 13 municipalities in the highlands. After careful selection and an 8-hour fermentation, the coffee is sun-dried on African beds for 8-10 days with daily hand-turning to dial in consistency.

Clean and approachable with white peach, apricot, and balanced sweetness. Stone fruit all day. A straightforward Guatemalan that drinks easy and showcases what happens when good processing meets high-altitude fruit.
